Why and when did you get into fitness/nutrition?
Historically, I was that person who focused solely on cardio and counting calories. I would plateau, get frustrated, fall off the bandwagon, get even more frustrated, then start this vicious cycle all over again. My brother and I really dived into fitness to help our dad form healthier habits. I ended up really enjoying all of the group workouts offered at the gym ranging from spin to HIIT, and loved the community that came with it. Everyone truly supports each other no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
What is your coaching philosophy?
To help people become a better and healthier version of themselves. The difference between try and triumph is a little “umph”. Be consistent, nourish to flourish, and persevere. A little progress every day adds up to big results!
